ZIIP offers free ground shipping on all orders over $1,300. 

Express Shipping 3-5-Days

ZIIP currently ships to the Hong Kong & Macau.


After each order is placed, we process them in the order that they are received. We strive to ship each order within 48 hours, though processing times may be longer at certain times of the year.

The day that you placed an online order does not guarantee that an online order  will be shipped on the same day and get to the customer within 2 days. It will only guarantees that the order will be shipped via 2nd Day Air once the order ships.

The ZIIP team takes a much deserved rest on weekends and Public holidays, so orders placed on those days will be processed the following week.

If your order meets the following criteria, submit your return through the Returns Portal:

  • The product is unopened and unused 
  • The purchase was made directly through
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the purchase date

If you’ve experienced any damages or issues with your device, please reach out to us for assistance here. Defective devices may qualify for a replacement under warranty, within two years of purchase date.
