The light band on ZIIP EYES will flash orange when the device is low on power. Insert the charging cable into a USB power adapter, connect to your device, and plug into a mains outlet. The band will stop flashing and turn solid when fully charged. Do not attempt to use ZIIP EYES while charging.
To clean your ZIIP EYES we recommend that you use isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth to wipe down your device and remove all gel after every use.
After every use, wipe your ZIIP EYES free of gel using a soft cloth. Then lightly spray your clean cloth with isopropyl alcohol and wipe again, paying close attention to cleaning around the globes, the white silicone and around the band that is around the device making sure to remove any gel residue. Wipe with a dry cloth before storing.
Please keep your ZIIP EYES device away from water or any other liquids (including excessive amounts of conductive gel), dampness or debris. DO NOT submerge your ZIIP EYES in water, place in the dishwasher or apply abrasive cleaners/chemicals. When using your ZIIP EYES, be sure to keep the charging port free of any conductive gel. This will help ensure your device continues to perform at its best.
ZIIP EYES is designed as an on-the-go treatment and doesn't require or connect to the ZIIP App.

ZIIP HALO’s Eyes treatment requires app connection and uses Microcurrent waveforms to reduce the appearance of puffiness and fine lines, while ZIIP EYES combines Microcurrent with CoolWave cooling technology and doesn't require app connection.

Caution should be used where there is a tendency to haemorrhage following acute trauma or on any areas of the skin which lack normal sensation.

ZIIP EYES should NOT be used during any activity in which involuntary muscle contractions may put the user at undue risk of injury.
ZIIP EYES should only be used on normal, intact skin. ZIIP EYES should NOT be used in the following areas:

- Front of the throat (from under the chin to the collar bone)
- Genitals
If you experience irritation, extreme dryness, bumps or an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately. Consult a physician if symptoms remain.
Electronic monitoring equipment (such as ECG monitors and ECG alarms) may not operate properly when a ZIIP EYES device is in use.
DO NOT submerge the device in water. If you store your ZIIP EYES in an area such as a bathroom, ensure the product does NOT come in contact with water.
DO NOT modify this device in any way. Doing so will invalidate the warranty and may cause harm.
Do not use this device if it is damaged or has been submerged in water.
